Wassup?
Haven't been blogging for quite a few days, so here's a brief update on what's been happening.
The IIM results came out, and, quite surprisingly, I 'converted' all the GD/PIs (A,B,C,L,I) I went for! (I got a GD/PI call from K too, but somehow I was too lazy to go for that. Man I need to change this attitude!) Yay :D! Was much confused as to where to go - A, B, C or, of course, the job at Halliburton; after much brainstorming, finally decided to go for IIM A.
It was viva and thesis time after that. Writing a thesis was an experience in itself. Plus, I decided to write it in LaTex, which really multiplied the pain. But I must say that I was happy with the end result. Viva didn't go as smoothly as expected (you just can't expect a smooth run with Dr.S.Karmalkar and Dr.Enakshi Bhattacharya on the panel, can you?); but it was more or less ok, I guess. And lo! I was an engineer!! Yo man!! Finally I'm a Jack of many trades, and a Master (as well as a Bachelor) of at least one thing (Technology)!
And then, finally, after an epic fight, collected all the no-dues and am finally back at home, totally chilling out and having a great time! Met some of my pals from school, experiencing the awesome ghar ka khana...
Life is insanely awesome right now!
